The place was clean with nice staff members. The location of this hotel right by several restaurants, Ruston for a swim meet, and close to the highway was good and unbeatable. Lincoln Parish Museum was 2 miles away.

The setting was marvelous, not far from several restaurants as well as Louisiana Tech University in Ruston. Liked staying at the standard king room with 2 queen beds. Had a cosmetic mirror and a tub in the bathroom.

This place was perfectly located, right in the heart of the action. All the staff members were top-notch, super friendly and really knew their stuff. Our Wheelchair Accessible room was just what we needed, with a bathroom, comfy couch, and two queen beds all as we expected. 👍

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The lobby was modern and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a TV in both the sitting area and sleeping area. The bathroom was larger than usual, and we loved the partial wall separating the sink and toilet/shower area. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable. Additionally, the location was ideal, with various restaurants and the Louisiana Tech University close by.

Nothing negative to say about this hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations and made our stay memorable.

I got great value for my money and the room was fantastic. The location was perfect being right off the interstate and the staff treated me with utmost courtesy and professionalism.

The only thing that could make the breakfast option better would be if there were more variety in the menu.

Great central location in Jackson with easy access to everything! The room even had a nice couch where you could relax after a long day of exploring 🛋️.

Breakfast had a good variety of fruits, food, meat, and juices. Bryanne at the front desk was friendly and helpful, as were the staff preparing breakfast. We were pleased to be given a nice, ground floor handicap accessible room as requested. The hotel is beautiful, but could have provided more information on using the room key and hot water controls.

I really liked the location which was right off the interstate. It was very easy to get to.

I stayed at Fairfield for a family trip with my large dog and a handicapped family member. They gave us a ground floor, handicap accessible room, which is usually hard to find. The hotel was beautiful and fulfilled our expectations. The staff at the front desk, especially Nolan, provided excellent service and explained all the amenities. The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom had a nice tub-shower hybrid and useful accessories. The TV even had streaming services like Netflix. a great experience!

Totally recommend this hotel.
